The Marathon Clinton team recently distributed bonuses to several team members through our $100 Bonus Pay for Referrals Program. This program was created as another way to show our appreciation to employees who help spread the word about Marathon’s job opportunities.
When a client or Marathon employee refers a candidate who meets the program’s eligibility requirements, the employee who made the referral receives a $100 bonus as a thank-you for helping us grow the Marathon family.
Marathon understands the impact personal connections have in the community and recognizing contributions of individuals fosters a positive work environment.
DeeAnn Sligh, Regional Manager, explains that “[i]t’s our way of saying: We see you, we appreciate your effort, and we value your voice in shaping our team. This initiative not only strengthens our workforce—it strengthens our culture by involving the client employees in the growth of our company”.
