For nearly a decade, Kelly has been serving in a management capacity for Marathon. She joined the organization with an already impressive staffing resume, providing temporary staffing solutions to area manufacturers and distribution centers. We are thrilled that she has continued to develop her staffing career at Marathon. While the entire company has a focus on compliance and innovation, Kelly has taken a lead in this area, ensuring recruiting best practices are followed and working with our Innovation Team to improve the team member experience which helps attract and retain great talent for our clients.

Paul joined Marathon in 2013 and helped launch one of our first government contracts in the State of Nevada. He has extensive experience in Operations, Human Resources, Team Leadership and Service Delivery. You can tell that Paul is one cool cat… Prior to joining Marathon, he worked at Harley Davidson. Paul attended Franciscan University in Steubenville, Ohio. He has received certifications as a Certified Personnel Consultant, Certified Instructor in Change Management, and DDI Certified Instructor for Targeted Selection Interviewing. Paul was a founding member of The Recruiters Consortium of Northern Nevada.

Highly skilled in developing professional relationships that lead to an understanding of the clients’ needs and how to identify team members that will be the best fit. Central Recruiting Team

Marathon’s Central Recruiting Team (CRT) is our “secret weapon” when it comes to solving recruitment challenges.  Well, it was our secret weapon until we announced it here!  When our Service Delivery Team identifies areas that require additional recruiting assistance and team member engagement, the Central Recruiting Team runs onto the recruiting field like the Special Teams unit of a football team.  They are experts in addressing high volume staffing requests, supporting account launches, and performing specialized searches.
